These items are either temporarily out of stock or else available only on a back order basis. You can still place an order for these items but we require that any orders for out of stock items be on a separte order than normal items. So if you have an order to place for in stock items then go ahead and place that order and then place your order for out of stock items separately. you create a separate order for out of stock items so that any normal orders can be shipped without delay.
