PLEASE NOTE: WATER SOLUBLE ESSENTIAL OILS ARE NOT PURE ESSENTIAL OILS, THEY HAVE TO BE BLENED WITH A SURFACTANT IN ORDER TO ENABLE THEM TO BE MIXED WITH WATER.  EOU is now developing an entire line of Water Soluble Essential Oils for ease of use in your water based finished products. These water soluble concentrates can be blended with equal parts water to give a homogeneous, transparent solution. Of course more than a 1:1 ratio with water can be used in order to get the desired odor strength if mixing with equal parts water is still too strong. Please note that these water soluble concentrates are to be used in manufacturing products for external use only and not for internal use. All of EOU's water soluble EOs are made by blending the corresponding EO with the EOSolve12 surfactant. Currently we have the below water soluble EO concentrates available. If you would like us to develop a water soluble EO for you that is not in the list then let us know and we will be happy to do and add it to the list below. Just send your request to Dr.P@essentialoils.org .  You can calculate the price for any of our products made into a water soluble blend by using the following formula:  Price/lb for WS oil = (price/lb for normal oil X 0.15) + $5.
