Angelica Seed Oil, France
-has a strong, fresh and light somewhat peppery aroma. It is also sweet with anise-like undertones, and less woodiness or earthiness than the root. The aroma of the seed dissipates quickly so the dry out notes are fairly weak.
Although the root is preferred in perfumery because of precisely the tenacity issue there are some benefits to choosing the seed oil over the root; mainly cost.
