Cedar Wood oil, Atlas, Morocco is a yellowish to orange-yellow viscous oil with a peculiar camphoraceous-cresylic sweet top note and woody low notes. An inexpensive oil, it is used extensively in perfumery because of cost and fixative properties. Furthermore it blends exceptionally well with woods and labdanum products. Traditionally soap makers have used cedar atlas often.
